  • Native Hebridean Kiln Roasted Salmon (flaked)
  • Mixed leafy greens (e.g., spinach, red‑leaf lettuce)
  • Fresh tomatoes or other salad vegetables (optional)
  • Nuts, seeds or croutons for crunch
  • Your preferred dressing (creamy, citrus or herb‑based)

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1 - Prepare the greens

Add a mix of fresh leafy greens to a bowl — use whatever you have on hand for colour and texture.

STEP 2 - Flake the salmon

Gently break the Native Hebridean Kiln Roasted Salmon into chunky flakes and scatter over the greens.

STEP 3 - Add fresh elements

Mix in tomatoes or any other fresh vegetables you like for brightness and crunch.

STEP 4 - Top with extras

Sprinkle over nuts, seeds or croutons for added texture.

STEP 5 - Finish with dressing

Drizzle with your preferred dressing — creamy, citrus or herb‑based all work beautifully with the smoky salmon.
