Shipping and Delivery Information
We deliver to all regions of the Faroe Islands, except Suðuroy. Please note that delivery times may vary on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Costs and Tracking
Shipping is available at a flat rate of 80 DKK, free delivery applies on orders over 1000 DKK. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking code. This code allows you to track your package and stay informed about its location.
Sustainable Packaging
POSTA recycles the boxes used for shipping. To facilitate this process, we kindly ask you to specify a “safe place” for both package delivery and box retrieval. Examples include:
- “The door is open, please place it in the hallway.”
- “Leave the package at the door.”
Handling Issues with Your Order
If you encounter any issues with the product, please take a clear photo and email it to us. We will address the matter promptly and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
Self-Collection Option
If you prefer to collect your order yourself, you can select this option during checkout. Packages can be picked up by appointment at our HQ: Bakkavegur 8 FO-625 Glyvrar, Føroyar
